These terms and conditions apply to your use of the www.magdalened.com website, regardless of whether you make a purchase. To access some of the MagdaleneD services you are required to register with accurate, complete and true personal information. If you provide inaccurate information, MagdaleneD reserves the right to refuse your current or future use of the www.magdalened.com website.
Under no circumstances will your personal information will be disclosed, transferred or sold to third parties except if imposed by a public authority (court judge etc.).
This site has a verification system to constantly update the availability status of MagdaleneD fashion products. Currently available items are available for purchase in the E-shop. New arrival fashion items are lebelled as NEW. Current out of stock fashion items appear with a PRE-ORDER label and will be created when you place your order. Your fulfillment will include the 3-4 days required to create your hand made product, plus the estimated shipping time. OUT OF STOCK indicates that Magdalene D can no longer make the fashion item available to you for purchase. The www.magdalened.com website is not responsible for sold-out products. If you order an out of stock fashion item, the order will remain active for a period of 1 month and if this fashion item becomes available, you will be notified and your order will be fulfilled and shipped. If this fashion item does not become available within 1 month of the order, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.
All deliveries of MagdaleneD Art wear to destinations within Greece are free. All European and international deliveries over €250 are free. We will accept returns on any unaltered, unworn, unwashed Art Wear items returned in their original packaging with all MagdaleneD garment tags still attached. You will bear the cost of return delivery fees in the case of an exchange or refund. Please request a return of your MagdaleneD product within 5 working days of the delivery date. Discounted items from previous collections and custom items are considered final sales and are not eligible for exchange or refund. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are usually subject to import duties and customs clearance costs and are the sole responsibility of the consignee.
Photos and text on the www.magdalened.com website are the property of MagdaleneD and of companies cooperating with this website. The use of photographs and text from www.magdalened.com without the written permission of MagdaleneD will be legally prosecuted. MagdaleneD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Prices are shown on the site in € Euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. MagdaleneD employs the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 protocol 128-bit encryption with Secure Sockets Layer - SSL.
